Operational Mission Planning is an overview of tactical options employable to all facets of tactical team applications, from simple to high-risk to hostage rescue. This course will provide a suggested guideline of necessary equipment and manpower allocations, entry options, and tactical procedures to accomplish your goal. Additional focus is be placed on documentation of the plan- including building, briefing, executing, and debriefing. Classroom conversation typically includes courtroom testimony, maintenance of documents, and legal action.
This is a conversation driven session… Multiple individual and group exercises will be utilized in this training experience.
Working directly from the amenities and liabilities of our agency in conjunction with our sister agencies, we will execute our mission planning thru tabletop exercises and take ownership of our limitations and liabilities while incorporating ideas and strategies from other class members to strengthen our knowledge and understanding of the principles necessary to complete the mission.
Previous to course presentation, administrative qualifications will be completed through your state regulatory agencies (POST, COLES, etc) for training credit, cost reimbursement, etc.. as is determined by your individual state standard.
